1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using BodyTrack (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

BodyTrack is a personal body measurement tracking application designed to help users log physical dimensions, weight, and progress photos to monitor body transformation.

The App operates as a local-first tool, meaning all data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. No Medical Advice

The App is provided for informational and motivational tracking purposes only.

BodyTrack does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Tracking body metrics (such as BMI, body fat, or measurements) should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or diet program.

Use of the App and any reliance on the information recorded is at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App's source code.
• You are responsible for the physical security of your device and the privacy of the photos you store within the App.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer optional premium features through paid subscriptions.

• Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective App Store.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, and software associated with BodyTrack are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App's UI or functionality without explicit permission.

7. Data Storage & Risks

All measurements and photos are stored locally. We do not have access to your data. If you lose your device or delete the App without a system backup (e.g., iCloud), your data will be permanently lost. We are not responsible for any data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The developer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.
• The App is provided “as is” without any warranties regarding accuracy or uptime.
